    ALL PRICES IN BIONAIRE.CA web site are in both CANADIAN and US currency. All orders placed from this web site are processed in CANADIAN currency. The charges for the products purchased from this web site will appear in your credit card statement under the name INTECH MARKETING.
    Should you find similar product at a lower price than advertised in our web site, we'll gladly match that price. This policy applies to all products we carry which are currently available from the manufacturer. This policy doesn't apply to the close out or discontinued merchandise, reconditioned or refurbished products, the out of stock products. Sufficient proof of the suggested lower purchase price is required. Although we'll most likely beat our competitor's price, we reserve the right not to do so.

     
     
    The merchandise purchased from BIONAIRE.CA web site is shipped by UPS or Postal Service. To see all delivery options available and the shipping charges for each delivery service add the item(s) to the Shopping Cart. All shipment to the USA are going duty free (under NAFTA). There are no brokerage or other fees on all products shipped to the USA with the total value under $200 US.
    In no case InTech Marketing company will be responsible for any charges such as: brokerage fees, disbursement fees, etc. or other UPS or US government charges, that may apply to the high value shipments to the USA from Canada.
    The time in transit by UPS to most locations served within the continental USA and Canada:
    - UPS Ground (Standard) service - 2 to 6 business days;
    - UPS 2nd Day Air (Expedited) - two business days;
    - UPS Next Day Air (Express) - next business day.
    UPS Ground service excludes: in CANADA - Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon;
    in the USA - Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico.
    The only UPS service available to The Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon - UPS Express.
    The time in transit by Postal Service to most locations within Canada - up to 5 business days.
    The time in transit by Unites States Postal Service (USPS) to most locations:
    - Regular Mail - 5 to 20 business days;
    - Priority Mail - 3 to 5 business days;
    The merchandise to APO, AP and AE locations is shipped by US Postal Service (USPS). These shipments are collected at designated locations in Washington, DC and delivered to the destination address by special transport. The time in transit to APO, AP and AE locations - two to four weeks.

     
     
    The merchandise purchased from or through InTech Marketing can be returned back for a refund within 30 days from the date of purchase (Invoice).
    The merchandise should be returned in full with all applicable accessories and materials (filters, User Manual, etc.).
    The product should be returned in the original condition (no scratches, damages) and in the complete original manufacturer's packaging.
    The product has to be sent back insured with sufficient postage and the Return Authorization number. No returns will be accepted without the Return Authorization (RA#) number.
    To obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number you have to download the Letter - Request for RA #.

    Read the letter carefully, sign it and send back to us in the attchment to the email of Fax at 905-469-2861.
    The RA # will be emailed to you promptly upon receiving your signed letter.
    Important Notice!
    To avoid the extra charged in transit we Strongly encourage our customers to send the products back to our company by Postal Service.
    If the merchandise is shipped by UPS or FedEx couriers, in the shipping waybill the shipper should check the box "Bill Duty, Tax and Shipping Charges to Shipper". The shipping box and the shipping documents should be clearly marked with "Canadian Goods Return" and the RA # Number.
    All free items (bonuses) included with the purchase (if any) should accompany any return. Otherwise, the regular sale price of these items will be deducted from the amount of refund.
    The returned merchandise is a subject to inspection for possible damages in transit or other problems.
    If no damages or problems found, the refund is issued within a week since arrival of the shipment.
    All applicable shipping and handling charges related to the shipment of the merchandise to the customer and back such as: freight, brokerage, etc. (if any) are not refundable and will be deducted from the amount of credit.
    This policy applies to all the merchandise sold through our web sites including those advertised with the shipping and handling charges included in the purchase price - Free Shipping."
    The shipment may be refused and no credit will be issued if any of the conditions above is not met.

     
     
    The Order can be canceled at no charge in the following situations.
    1. Request for cancellation is received on the same day the order was placed before 4:00 P.M. Eastern Time.
    2. Request for cancellation of Backordered, Out of Stock or Discontinued merchandise.
    Request for cancellation should be sent to us in writing via Email sales@bionaire.ca.
    Write Cancel Order # (order number) in the Subject Line. You may also Fax your request for cancellation at 905-469-2861.
    Under No Circumstances the order can be cancelled after it's shipped out.
    If you wish to return the product, please see the guidelines for Return Policy above.
    Important Notice!
    Customers who refuse the shipments of their orders are subject to the following charges and fees:
    - Shipping charges both ways.
    - Brokerage fees (if any).
    - 5 % processing fees (credit card processing fees).
    - restocking fees (if applicable).

     
     
    Do not throw out the packaging or any part of it unless you're completely sure that the merchandise is OK. Upon receiving carefully inspect the product for possible damages in transit. If the problem found call us at 905-469-1536 and notify UPS at a toll free number 1-800-742-5877 immediately to report the problem. The damages in transit should be reported not later than within 24 hours after receiving the shipment. The merchandise is deemed to be in good order and free from the defects if no problems are reported within this time frame. The merchandise damaged in transit is replaced with new one at no charges to the customer. Damaged merchandise is returned back to the shipper by same courier.
     
     
    All BIONAIRE products purchased from this web site come with Limited Manufacturer's Warranty. All questions regarding the manufacturer's limited warranty should be addressed to Bionaire company directly. The phone number of Bionaire customer service department can be found in the User Manual (User Leaflet) or other documentation coming with the product.
    Within the duration period of this warranty any product that failed under normal use will be repaired or replaced with new one at manufacturer's option. To claim a free reparation or replacement the defective product should be brought or sent with sufficient protection and postage to Bionaire authorized service center of your choice.
    IMPORTANT NOTICE! Any unauthorized alteration of the product or any attempt to repair it, as well as operation at voltages other than the voltage indicated on the unit will render the warranty void.
